Development professional and an Executive Coach with 18+ years of international experience in Asia, Middle-East
and Africa. I have worked with organizations across all industrial sectors to strategically impact leadership, employee engagement, culture, and
overall organizational health.
My sojourns in 3 different continents working and interacting with varied cultures and people from different walks of life has given me a rich perspective into human nature. It has deepened my conviction that, sometime or the other, everyone needs encouragement to achieve their dream goals. We need the courage, the determination, the discipline and unconditional support of at least one person to go after our dreams – we all need an anchor.
As a coach, I believe I inspire people to live life on their own terms and to discover their true potential. I encourage them to harness their latent strengths and to continue to push the boundaries of self concept. I provide the support needed to sustain their efforts in becoming the very best version of themselves.
I have been practising as an Executive and Life coach for the past 6 years. My challenging roles as a Senior Manager in KPMG in Nigeria and Senior Manager in Genpact South Africa have given me a keen insight in the challenges faced by senior executives. I combine my skill of a trained coach and rich business experience to help clients connect to their deep seated beliefs and create sustainable change. I use a co-active style of coaching with a wide variety of tools tried and tested in my consulting experience to help individuals and executives establish stretchy goals and make them feel empowered to achieve them. I have conducted coaching skills programs for executive teams and senior managers to enable them to create a performance based culture in their respective organisations.

I use a 4 stage Coaching Model for Executive Coaching which starts with Contracting, Data gathering, Coaching, Feedback and Evaluation. for Executive coaching, I rely on three ways contracting amongst organisation representatives, client and the coach and an agreed set of overall goals amongst all three partners of the coaching engagement. I assemble data from multiple perspectives including psychometrics, performance appraisal, work sample, 360 degree feedback or simulated assessment depending on the appropriateness for the target client.
I use an experiential and personalized development process to help each leader build capability and resilience to achieve short and long term business goals.
Each 60-90 minutes coaching session includes 4 stages - establishing the context, contracting, coaching and monitoring progress on the agreed action plan. My coaching approach is underpinned by active listening at the 3rd level, empathy and coaching presence to build trust and intimacy, creating high degree of awareness through insightful questioning and ensuring that the challenge to overcome barriers is balanced with adequate support.
