I am an Executive Coach and I work with Individuals and Corporate (Leaders and Middle / Senior -management Executives). I’m an internationally certified Coach from ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited CCA (Certified Coaches Alliance), and I am also a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner.
I’ve had over 27 years of IT Industry experience at leadership level in Delivery, managing large Accounts, and had worked for premier IT companies like Tech Mahindra, Satyam, Patni Computers, and Hexaware where I led IT teams for Global Clients. People management skills, leadership skills and great work ethics have always been some of my key strengths, and with the ability to understand people very well, I have always been able to relate to people very easily.
My interest in life-skills and human behaviour, and a penchant for mentoring people led me to pursue my passion in Executive Coaching for Individuals and Corporate, and conducting behavioural training workshops for Corporate and Institutes.
I firmly believe in the expression ‘You are More Than What You Think You Are’. Every individual is perfectly capable of achieving a lot more than what they think they can.

As an Executive Coach, I use a unique Coaching process which includes a combination of internationally proven coaching techniques and also NLP, which make it highly effective. While Coaching is done through a well-structured process which includes inquiry and dialog-based conversation, NLP techniques complement the same to remove any past deep negative beliefs which maybe stuck at the root itself.
My process involves:
1. Setting clear goals and timelines;
2. Identify and work on your specific improvement areas, remove those ‘mental blocks’ that are coming in your way, and clearing your path towards the intended goal;
3. Every session will have focus-action points (i.e. small actions) for you which are mutually agreed, and are monitored during subsequent sessions;
This process strictly adheres to the ICF guidelines, code of ethics and confidentiality. The coaching will be conducted either in person or through Skype with the same level of impact.
