About Myself

I work with ambitious individuals who seek to live a stress-free life by helping them fine tune their current business, leading to higher profitability. My contributions help in managing interpersonal conflicts and generate compatibility in business and personal relationships. Entrepreneurs who wish to add a zero to their bottom line (profits), I work closely with them in achieving their dreams.

I want you to achieve the success you want without struggling for it. During my extensive research and development in over 30 years I have observed that many senior people in the corporate sector and entrepreneurs, both small and medium scale, struggle throughout. Struggling is not the way to success. If it feels like a struggle, it means you do not have a strategy that works. Stop struggling and work with a mentor who can clarify your strategy for you.

As a corporate mentor and visionary strategist I have inspired more than 300,000 people through public talks, group corporate training programs and individual mentoring sessions. People interact with me to gain total clarity about their own ideas and are able to develop a practical strategy for success. Areas where my contribution have had maximum impact: Adding a zero to the bottom-line, Core Team Compatibility, Corporate Mentoring, Effortless Leadership, Stress Eradication, Switch off and on your Mind, Team Building, Spirituality, Training, Intuitive Leadership.

Message me to fine tune your current business as preparation for adding a zero to its profits. 1st session is on me. (drchopra@angloindia.co.uk)

If your commitment to yourself is 100% then I am committed to you 100% but if your commitment falls by 1% then I will be silent.

Organic or exponential growth?

As a CEO, your responsibility is to maintain or grow your organisation’s revenues, profits and shareholder value. You are probably focused on achieving an organic level of growth through the steady expansion of your existing business. You may also be focused on inorganic growth through mergers and acquisitions. But are you one of the exceptional CEOs who deliberately focus on the concept of achieving exponential growth?

What would it mean for you and your organisation if you could “Add a Zero to your Bottom Line”, to your profits?

In our experience as Corporate Mentors, those CEOs who are willing to shift their energy and focus onto adding a zero to their bottom line achieve extraordinary results. The instant you start organising and strengthening your current business in line with the vision of your exponentially expanded business, you’re on the fast track to another zero on your bottom line.

How to add a zero?

Implementing a strategy of exponential growth in your organisation, which we call ‘Adding a Zero to your Bottom Line’ – has two broad steps:

  1. Achieving your current targets in less time and with less effort.
  2. Taking off into exponential growth.

1. Achieving your current targets in less time and with less effort

The first step to ‘Adding a Zero to your Bottom Line’ is to focus on achieving your current business targets with the investment of less time and less effort.

Achieving this involves the combination of a range of factors, from developing the worth of your people, products or services to maximizing performance through the eradication of stress and the alignment of the core team with the corporate goals.

The focus on understanding, organising and developing your current systems and people provides not only accelerated short term target achievement but also produces the cultural environment in which the second step of exponential growth can flourish.

2. Taking off into exponential growth

There is a well-known story of the man who invented chess. This pleased the local ruler so much that he offered the inventor a great reward in gold. The inventor suggested an alternative: he would get one grain of wheat on the first square of the chess board, two grains on the second, four on the third, eight on the fourth, etc., doubling the number of grains each time. The ruler thought that this was a much better deal for him, and accepted. The board had 64 squares, and so by the 36th day there were 32 billion grains of wheat on it, more than there was in the kingdom. The ruler could not give the inventor the chessboard’s full worth of grains, as the total number required was 18,446,744,073,709,551,615.2.

It’s how you place the first grain of wheat that counts

Let us say that in a different way: It is how you earn the first dollar, rupee, pound or euro that is vital for the achievement of exponential rather than organic growth. You need to define your current systems first.

The second broad step of ‘Adding a Zero to the Bottom Line’ is the development and implementation of the replicable systems that are your organisation’s ‘grain of wheat’ for exponential growth, the basis of your expansion plan. These replicable systems will not be just an expansion of the current business, as that has natural limitations to its growth, although it may act as a role model for the innovative systems that will give you the stress free success of exponential growth.
