I am an enterprise architect and have been associated with IT for more than 16 years, my journey started with Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in early 2000, where I started reading about human brain and mind and how to replicate it through machines. I read several books, articles and research papers on these topics. Day by day my interest turned into passion, I did several courses and certifications. Telepathy, clairvoyance, subconscious brain study, psychology, neuroscience and at last coaching. I did my certification in 2012 and since then I am practicing coaching.
I set up an introduction meeting, good to be face to face or on Skype, in this meeting we discuss about the details of sessions and set the expectations. After this coachee can decide if he or she is willing to go ahead with the process. There are 12 sessions including the introductory session. The sessions can be in person, on Skype , or even on phone call. To measure the effectiveness we do a pre-coaching analysis, a mid coaching analysis (after 6th session) and a post coaching analysis. We generally set 3 goals (mix of personal and professional) for the duration and work together to achieve those.
